We made "Brookies"

Alan's mom and brother went to visit family in Colorado a couple of weeks ago. And brought us all back some wonderful souvenirs. The most delicious souvenir was Rocky Mountain Brookies. They are cookies that taste like brownies. The were delicious and very easy to make. Yumm!! I was going to let Ella help, but that just would have been a big mess.
